DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNTED SELF PAY OPTIONS OR FINANCING AVAILABLE?
Yes! Most procedures are covered by insurance, we will verify for you if your coverage has any specific exclusions. Then, the authorizations representative, assigned specifically to your case, can provide self-payment options. Our financing is offered through Care Credit or SmartHealth PayCard, your choice! You can also pay your office bills with these options, including your deductible, co-pay and co-insurance, so you can proceed with surgery when faced with unexpected up-front expenses!
We can accept most commercial insurances without referral; Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare.
Medicare, Medicare replacement policies and supplemental plans.
AHCCCS plans
Workers Compensation.
